Pulse is a subway’s MFZ enterprise store management suite of systems which does a range of activities starting from business identification to managing the in store activities. Before Pulse, the information had been scattered among different excel sheets and it was very difficult to manage them as they started scaling rapidly.
As a solution provider, we were given a walkthrough on complete understanding of their workflows. There are several sub teams that manage their work internally. Some of the problem statements have cross functional dependencies. The holistic idea is to build them a suite of systems which are highly interconnected for seamless execution
Pulse is a unification of many workflows which are highly interconnected. We focused on breaking the problem statements into controllable amount deliverables and targeted one after the other. Each sub problem statement has its own complexity and dependencies. It took a massive amount of knowledge on problem statements to decouple complexities and make the engineering seamless.
In several projects we had external data dependencies and we had considerable amounts of challenges in mapping the external data to the new system. Timeline of the project is also very critical. In less than 6 months we have engineered everything to make the platform live.
mySubway is a comprehensive list of solutions that Bellcorop Studio built(ding) for Everstone India Private Limited backed Subway.It has within it an amalgamation of end-end monitoring tools- SUBS, vendor management, ticketing management, contract management, docu storage and data pipeline that is being built under a single eco-system to help digitise the entire workflow for internal usage and its stakeholders.
It also has within it a long-term list of product suites that are to be built by Bellcorp Studio to support with the expansion scale Subway is looking after.
